At time of unprecedented circumstances when we are being encouraged to stay at home, feeling a sense of community is more important than ever.
With lots to occupy our mind, taking a few minutes out for yourself is really important.

Join us for a Community mindfulness meditation session.

It’s simple:

◦ Log in from home, (we will be using Zoom),
◦ Join the community,
◦ David will guide you through a 10 minute mindfulness exercise.

This is for anyone who is looking to take a few minutes out for themselves, whether you’re new to mindfulness or have practiced before.

This isn’t aimed to replace your own practice but is intended to allow us all to come together, feel a sense of community and find some quiet during a time that may feel uncertain and unsettling.

To prepare:

◦ Find a quiet space at home
◦ Make yourself comfortable
◦ Check your audio works (you don’t need to share video with the group if you don’t want to)
◦ When you register, you will be sent a Zoom link to access the session
