Before presenting at work, sharing a talk on stage or communicating an important message online, it’s natural to feel nervous.

In those moments just before we want to present with confidence, it’s natural for the nerves to build up at that point.

This can have the effect of making us feel even more anxious.

So that we find ourselves becoming overwhelmed with nerves and feel unprepared or even cause us to panic.
