Well, we have all been there, have you? Giving a speech and you ‘Forget Your Words’.  I know it can happen, so in this episode you will learn how to cope with this by avoiding looking at the floor or ceiling. This is because when you do you, you can break your connection with the audience.

What you can do instead is simply maintain eye contact with your audience and pause. This will give you time to remember what you want to say next.
