In this episode I share with you my golden rules for when you want to ‘Use Notes’ in your speeches, presentations or pitches.

Subscribe to my newsletter and receive monthly tips and techniques to help you speak and communicate with confidence. Please click me: http://eepurl.com/gj6Sb9.

Avoid using large pieces of paper on which you have written your speech in full. This creates an obstruction between you and the lister and is distracting for you and them.
Instead use record/index cards which fit in the palm of your hand.  And on them write bullet point notes to guide you to deliver your message with confidence.
