In this episode I share with you my top technique on how you can look and feel confident when delivering work presentations. Even if you are feeling nervous because your boss and work colleagues are watching you.

It is called using ‘Pauses’!

The most important thing you can do before you deliver your presentation at work is, stand up, and pause. Pause to a count of 4 or 6 breaths. And if you are using powerpoint slides, pause between each transition or slide change.
