In Episode 32 ‘Communication Skills for Sensitive Conversations’ Isabella Karat said she believes that over half of our communication with one another is in what we don’t say, or our non verbal skills.

This means if you want to communicate with confidence, you should consider what you say, how you say it and what you look like as you are saying it.

In this episode I share with you my top techniques to enhance your non-verbal communication skills so that you communicate with confidence.

1) Have an open posture where you arms are not crossed and are open.
2) Stand facing your listener.
3) Make eye contact and smile.
